Initially, our vision was to become a leading recruitment agency, boasting a portfolio of top-tier candidates and clients. Now, Aligra takes pride in its team of recruitment professionals who share this vision. Our senior management team has over 100 years of combined recruitment experience (in-house and agency) and offers a unique blend of operational, commercial, and strategic expertise. We only hire internal staff who exhibit the ideal combination of professionalism, passion, and dedication.
